These forms list your responsibilities as a resident of Westmore Apartments. You are required to sign these policies and procedures when you move into your apartment. We have listed them here for your convenience. Please note that these policies and procedures are subject to change at anytime. AUTHORIZED OCCUPANT FORMS
The following forms are required for all persons living in your apartment who are not leaseholders. Please fill them out and return them to the Leasing Office.

CORPORATE APPLICATION
If your apartment will be held in the name of a company or your place of business, please fill out this application and submit it to the Leasing Office for review.

CO-SIGNER FORMS
Westmore Apartments allows co-signers if the leaseholder is a student, or if the leaseholders are married and one spouse qualifies for residency while the other does not. Please see the following agreements for further details.

Should you need to change any information on your lease, please print and fill out the corresponding form. Submit to the Leasing Office when complete.

NOTICE TO VACATE POLICIES
You must give at least 60 days written notice to the Westmore Leasing Office if you intend to move out of your apartment. Please review the required form and submit to the Leasing Office.
